Erdeven is in an area that we both love.
Erdeven is in an area that we both love. It has a large sandy beach with rocks at one end and a shallow sea suitable for all ages. Free parking and plenty of it. Obviously with Covid restrictions around there must have been fewer people and it was September when the schools were back so it was quieter than August or July. We like the whole area and often eat in Etel which is not far away, but this time we stayed mainly in our chalet and at the seaside in order to cut down the number of social encounters. We have visited this area 6 times in the past 30 years, and we will be back.

Good location as a base for wandering.
Good location as a base for wandering. Close enough to all local attractions / not too close to impinge on your evenings peace and quiet. Cheaper than Quiberon. Plan your shopping / eating ahead of your evening as you wont want to move once you're settled in for the evening - the desire to relax and relive the memories you made during the days adventures is too strong! .... The Breakfast is a typical french Breakfast with local products. (very good croissants and salted butter). we had dinner to the restaurant of the hotel as well and the food was excellent. Very good Quality / Price ratio.
