Small town on the shore. 2 restaurants, 1 bakery, and one small grocery store. That is it. On the other hand it can be a good start of walkes and hikes along the shore. Quiet little town, beach is lovely, not too crowded, has a shower. It’s a 5 minute drive from Malinska, where there are bigger shops, restaurants and more nightlife, since Porat doesn’t many. In Porat there are many appartments, but it is a rather quiet place on the island. Tourists are everywhere, but don't step on each other's toes. There is a nice little harbour with restaurants, the beach was perfect for the children. Recommendation for couples, singles and families who like to have a the practical things like stores, restaurants etc. close by, but who also like the peace and quiet.

The building itself is very unique, cozy and renewed as in the pictures. The hosts were kind and helpful. The location of the building is very good, there is a small shop within 50 m, there is a bakery within 250 m. Porat has a long and varied beach area until Malinska. This apartman is a good choice if you want to spend most of your time in Porat, but also a good starting point to discover the Krk Island.

Apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Air condition was a great help. :-) Location itself, Porat, is ideal for families with kids, quiet, yet still few places to visit. We had everything what we needed- kitchen was perfectly equipped, bedroom with good beds and also bathroom was really clean. Close to accommodation you will find everything what you need during your vacation - beach (max 4 min walk), two restaurants in Porat port and some shops (Tommy, Plodine) which are also close by car.
