Sinaia is a place to go for skiing maybe and visiting the famous Peles and Pelisor castles. Other than that, the resort is dirty, sad looking and very crowded. The air seems very polluted so you’ll not be getting that fresh mountain air you want. I would go through Sinaia again, but not to stay.

A beautiful city any time of the year.
A beautiful city any time of the year. We went during December and it was amazing, the decorations were beautiful, the city hall looks like a small castle and the trees were all with charismas lights. Beautiful place to stay and one can do a lot of stuff, visiting castles, taking long walks, plus there are plenty of places with good food.

Great place for weekend escapes with family or friends.
Great place for weekend escapes with family or friends. Plenty of local cuisine restaurants and huge number of places to stay at a very reasonable price. The only bad thing is the traffic, expect up to 2-3 hours in standstill traffic while travelling to Sinaia.

A stunning place to visit!
A stunning place to visit! Gorgeous setting in the mountains and lots to see while you're there. We loved Peles and Pelisor castles and their fairytale setting. Our accommodation Casa Larisa was incredible and we enjoyed a delicious meal at Forest Restaurant. Cofetaria Palace in the park makes a tasty smoothie and tempting ice cream and cafe treats. Loved it in the summer and imagine its beuatiful in winter too!

Charming town with fresh and tasty air, many cafe and opportunity for good shopping.
We ate in restaurants in hotel Sinaia: one inside, one - outside. Both were very good.
The views are amazing, the architecture is fantastic: every house is like a small castle.
The park is so beautiful. You just want to stay there for hours.

Sinaia looks great these days - the pavement, the buildings in the old centre, all the infrastructure, in general, have been reconditioned, renewed. It has a beautiful park, good restaurants, interesting places to visit, like Peleș Castle etc. You can go hiking on the trails surrounding the resort, you can take the cable cabin up the mountains if you're not that young anymore. The view upthere is breathtaking. Everything about Sinaia is just wonderful and I always revisit it with great pleasure.
The place was amazing, clean, with friendly staff members who were always willing to help you with any enquiries regarding your stay. The breakfast had a large variety of options to choose from. The hotel is placed on the main street within 5 minutes walk to all amenities so that's great as well. The restaurant menu is rich and the wine selection is amazing. Overall was a great experience and a big shout out to the waitress who served us, me and my husband, was amazing 👏!
Room was huge, balcony overlooking quiet garden and the mountains. A feast for the eyes in the morning.
"Luxury rooms International Sinaia" translates into Romanian as "Pensiunea Micșunica", just so you don't have any surprises when you enter the address into your favorite navigation software and the displayed name is different.
Parking is in the courtyard but through a narrow nice looking wooden gate.
Wonderful location, good services and friendly staff.
The breakfast and dinner offered a nice selection of typical Romanian food in a buffet style.
Lunch can be served in their own restaurant and it has a wider selection of foods.
The rooms are clean and with modern furniture. Bathrooms are nice and clean.
Surprisingly decent coffee at the coffee machine and very good Turkish moka in the restaurant.
The hotel is right on the walking street, next to restaurants and caffees and right behind the beautiful park downtown Sinaia. It's also close to the Peleș Castle, which is in walking distance. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated and the service is excellent. If the size of the room is not an issue, I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel looked stylish. Good breakfast selection. Lamas are adding mood to the place, though i felt sorry for them, very small territory for them yo walk. The hotel is 5 min by car from the city center. No pedestrian walk, only car ride there. We couldn't order Uber, no cars. In the center, multiple paid parkings.
The breakfast was very good, mostly local foods, and a loooot of different choices ( which you usually don't see in Western Europe's expensive hotels). The location was very nice, quite and the view from the hotel was fantastic over the town underneath. The restaurant was very nice and bright, cozy to eat there.
Things I liked:
- location, as the hotel is located downtown on the main street in Sinaia;
- the ground floor of the hotel is renovated very nice (lobby, bar, restaurant area)
- the foreign personnel of the hotel is very nice and kind (considering their culture and also their experience in the hospitality sector)
The location is absolutely gorgeous and exceptional. It is situated at the beginning of the mountain level. You have the amazing views of the mountains & we were very luck to get some snow showers and had the great experience to visit some restaurants (typically Romanian dishes) down in the city of Sinaia.
Amazing building , designed with good taste .
Delicious various breakfast and also good food in restaurant.🥘🍷🤤
Close to city center and also Peles castle , during time I try many hotels in that area but this are the best ! 🤗
For sure we will go again there 🚘🇰🇪🇷🇴.
Friendly staff 🤗
The hotel is in a beautiful historic building. The staff only partially speak English and still the communication worked and there was an overall friendly atmosphere. Located in a beautiful town with plenty of restaurants, yet surrounded by beautiful nature: beautiful balance!
The location is very close to Peles castle, Sinaia monastery and the city center, surrownded by forest and a river wich pass very close to the Vila.
It is a quiet place, very clean. No breakfast possible yet but there are other hotels close by were you can go.
Very well located in the "good side" of Sinaia, near the gondola and some good restaurants. Rooms are big , no problem with parking. For a small "villa like" hotel, it has elevator and a bar. Very quiet location in the middle of charming natural environment.
We are travelling to Hotel International in Sinaia from time to time and we are really pleased about what it offers. We like the rooms, the facilities especially the spa area as well as the restaurants.
Central location in Sinaia, clean design and nice views summarize this hotel pretty well. Peleș castle, which is a must-see, is only a thirty-minute (uphill) walk away.
Very nice hotel in old building in Sinaia. The room was quite large and the team was very nice in providing a quick and good breakfast before our early morning train.
